Video call
We identify your event type, logistics, venue, coordination contacts, and programming. By the end of the call, we have everything we need to send your custom quote.
Quote and contract
You receive a detailed proposal with terms, conditions, payment schedule, and everything included. Adapted to your specific event.
Confirmation
Your date is confirmed once we receive 50% of the total and both parties sign the contract.
48 hours before
We reach out to confirm logistics, access, and that nothing has changed since we last spoke. No surprises on your event day.
Arrival
We arrive 60 minutes before showtime to set up, check sound, and review the stage area. The remaining 50% balance is paid upon arrival at the venue.
Show time
We perform. Your guests experience Mexico on stage. We pack up and leave when we are done.

Before you decide.
Can I mix states from different productions?
Yes. In fact, customizing your show is the point. Before your video call, browse our costume catalog to explore the story behind each state and choose the ones that feel right for your event. If you prefer not to decide, we will ask during the call and build the program for you.
What if my venue does not have a stage?
A stage is not required. We perform on any flat, clean surface of at least 4x4 meters. Hotel terraces and ballroom floors all work.
Can I request a specific state or costume?
Yes. Each costume belongs to a specific state, so choosing a state means choosing its costume. Before your video call, browse our catalog to explore each state and arrive with your preferences ready. We will confirm and finalize everything during the call.
Do you provide sound equipment?
We bring our own audio tracks and coordinate with your sound team or DJ. For Íntimo tier or events without live mariachi, this is handled directly with your audio vendor.
Can I hire my own mariachi?
We strongly recommend using our mariachi. They know our choreography, timing, and repertoire by heart. If you already have a mariachi confirmed, contact us immediately so we can share our full repertoire with them and schedule rehearsal time before your event. Last-minute coordination with an outside mariachi is not guaranteed to work.
